The attention to detail is commendable, as the staff ensures that everything is taken care of, making our stay hassle-free. The location of the hotel, on the outskirts of town, offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ensuring no disturbances at night. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, along with pleasant bathrooms, make for a comfortable experience. The balcony overlooking the town provides a lovely view, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Additionally, having breakfast included is a convenient perk, saving us time and money.

For an all you can eat/drink scenario, the food was pretty good and despite a full hotel, the lines where not "cruise shippy" long at meal time. Beer and sodas were plentiful and easy to get. Some of the staff was very nice. But....
The hotel was noisy, blarring Abba over the speakers at the pool all afternoon. The rooms were dismal. The beds were rock hard, pillows paper thin, only semi-airconditioned, just the bedrooms, not the living area or in our case, where the kids slept. You had to pay for a key to the safe in the room. The bathrooms were dark and damp Some of the staff was very rude. Wifi in the lobby only. Pool area overflowing with people, way over capacity and not a lifeguard in sight. Slippery pool deck with lots of people slipping . All in all, not recommended.

The location of this hotel is great as it's not far from the beach, the busy centre, and J&J's steak house across the road. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's also convenient that there's parking available and a medical centre nearby.
Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and therefore provides a peaceful atmosphere. It is close to bus stops and restaurants making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Some of the staff were nice, and the all-inclusive food options were adequate with fresh bread at every meal.
The hotel had some negative aspects such as noisy speakers playing music at the pool, rude staff, and some guests felt the rooms and bathrooms were not up to standard.

Good points, key location, and advantage throughout the stay. The hotel had a decent view and a comfortable room. The hotel's location was excellent and had plenty of transportation options around. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
The service needs improvement. The reception staff was unresponsive, and the food lacked variety and was too repetitive.

During our city break, we found the hotel to be in a good location with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the rooms were modern and had nice amenities such as flat-screen TVs and refrigerators. We also appreciated that the staff was friendly and kept the pool area tidy.
The food as it was repetitive and lacked variety. the bar selection was also limited and often had long wait times.
